Please see the additional resources page to see if such things are legal. As far as I know, it is still legal. He may have been referring to the first embodiment of the Juju oracle, which was not legal.

Pathfinder Player Companion: Faiths & Philosophies added a new Oracle Mystery also called Juju. It is quite different from the original and includes no revelations related to raising the dead.
New version can be found here.
It is PFS legal.

I can't find anything that says the Bones mystery for Oracles is banned in PFS, but a local GM mentioned recently that it's not legal.
Is it banned?
Sometimes, GMs like to make things up. When that happens, I like to print out the documentation showing they're wrong, roll it into a tube, then thwap them on the nose with it, while saying firmly (but lovingly), "Bad GM! Bad!"

No actual GM's were harmed during this reply.

The only banned mystery officially printed so far is the "old" version of the Juju mystery. The one in Faiths & Philosophies is legal.
Every other mystery is allowed. Although, be careful with Spellscar mystery because a ton of revelations in that mystery are banned.
Luckily the awesome ones survived. It's the mystery I'm most highly tempted by.
