Cancel Subscription, Refund Order, and Do Not Ship

Due to a change in finances, I need my subscription cancelled, and my recent automatic order cancelled and refunded. Thank you for your time.

I have cancelled the subscription and pending order. Since it hasn't shipped yet, we have not charged you for the order. There is however, an authorization (probably showing as a pending transaction on your payment method) for the amount of the order. I have sent a reversal request to let your financial institution know we will not be settling for that authorization. Typically the authorizations will then expire with 24 hours to a few business days however, this timeframe is based off of your bank's policies on authorization reversals, so if you don't see it disappear within a few days, you'll want to contact them.
