Apparently Salt miners were digging salt and discovered some artefact of the immortals. They abandoned the mine leaving their discovery down there in the dark.

1- A Well guarded by a Statue of a Swordsman stands at the centre of the old ruin.
DM: The Statue is a living Statue and will attack any non human approaching the well. The Well is 140 ft to the floor of chamber 9.

Depth: -40 ft
2- This chamber contains a small chapel dedicated to a Saint of Human Miners. it is dominated by a Statue of the Saint carved from the local rock.
DM: The statue is otherwise worthless.

8- The Tunnel descends slowly away from the Well.
DM: This tunnel descends to Area 11 at -180'

Depth: -140 ft
9- The Well floor is a heavily mined cave that appears to have contained Salt. A tunnel leads west.
DM: The Tunnel leads to Area 10 where a second well leads to even greater depths.

20- The Bottom of the second well. For some reason the torches burn well down here. There seems to be a breeze downward through cracks in the salt. A tunnel heads off to the east.
DM: The cracks lead to a subterranean river that draws poisonous gasses away to greater depths.

21- A giant Statue of salt towers upward to the chamber ceiling some fifty feet holding what looks like a wooden platform aloft.
DM: The platform supports a treasure chest containing the artefact that was discovered in the Salt. The Platform itself supports the ceiling of the Cavern. Damage to the Statue or the Timber supports above the Wooden Platform will cause subsidence of the Cavern - a sink hole will form in chamber 9 that is sixty feet deep. The Treasure is an ancient artefact of the Immortals known as the eye. It will graft itself to the first fool to put it up against their eye destroying an existing eye to do so.

Grand Lodge

It's definitely worth what you'e charging for it. There really isn't that much here.

The Exchange

Just leaving a few rooms blank so you as DM can do what you want without straying from the important bits.
