I'm looking to restart them very soon, but I had a question. Is it possible to get the Card Game subscription added starting from the beginning and have it suspended? So I can get them all to ship hopefully next month?

Starting a subscription and then immediately suspending it is not within the intention of why we have the ability to suspend subscriptions.
