I have not received this yet. It says it shipped on Sept. 20th.
This is the longest it has ever taken for a shipment to reach me.
Usually, I have it within 3-5 days of the ship date.

Is there anything you can do to verify it did indeed ship on that date?

Hey Dave,

Your packages tracking information isn't bringing up any tracking information, and I have set replacement copies of your missing books to your sidecart to be shipped to you with your next subscription shipment.

On occasion packages can fail to be scanned by the postal processor for tracking, and it is not indicative of a failure for the package to be delivered. With your package running late however I'd rather err on the side of safety and make sure we have replacements pending to ship to you.

If the original package does arrive make sure to let me know so I can cancel the replacements. Thanks for bringing this to our attention Dave!
