Hello.
My Order #2782792 has not arrived yet and I am terribly afriad it is missing in the Postal Service.
Was Mailed out 9/24/13, According to Tracking Info should of arrived 9/30/13. Tracking has it arriving in my hometown of Sacramento 9/28/13. I am a subscriber and it usally takes 4 days max for the packages to arrive (and once they are shown in Sacramento they are usally here in a day or 2, its been 4)
Technially the 8th bussiness day is Friday 10/4/13.
What do we do from here?
Can you please explain to me what happens if the package never arrives?
This was a substantially large order for my pay range , and quite honestly is causing me tons of anxiety. Please Help!!

Your order was processed for shipping on September 24th with an estimated 4-8 business days in transit via Standard post. As you have surmised, the 8th business day is October 4th. We usually ask that you give the package an additional week past its outside estimate as shipping delays can occur and we find that most "missing" packages arrive within that time frame.
You should also check with your local post office to see if they are holding any package for you.
If your package has not arrived by October 11th, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.

My real question is. If my package never arrives, I will be sent replacments/store credit correct???
We treat packages on a case by case basis, but as a general rule of thumb we're always glad to be of assistance. Shipping via standard postal delivery has a point where the package is transferred between the initial delivery service and a local postal office. This looks to be where your package is in the process currently, and the transfer can take varying amounts of time depending on the postal office. While this may cause a small delay, you should still see your package shortly.
If you haven't seen your package by the 11th make sure to let us know. Thanks!
