Hi,
this was my first order on your fine site and I'm wondering if I did anything wrong as it still shows as pending. I realize it says 4-11 business days before it leaves the warehouse but tomorrow is the 11th day. Was all my payment info right? Is the magazine I ordered 2 of still in stock? I know that particular issue is popular.

I just want to make sure everything is in order on my end so I can make any corrections. I have a subscription starting this month (Order # 2794293) and I want to know I have everything done right.

It is indeed due to the super popular magazine. If you would like, I can move the two issues that we do have in to your October subscription shipment and the other will ship when it arrives at the warehouse.

Thanks for the quick reply! That would be great if you could include the issues you do have with my subscription and I'll play the waiting game for the others. Any ETA on those issues? Thanks again!

I have another question about a miscut and off center card I got in my base set. A separate thread I made with a front and back picture can be found here. How would I get a replacement card? If replacement cards even exists. :)

I've moved the two available issues to your sidecart so they will ship with your next subscription shipment. We're waiting to hear back from our distributor as to how many of our recent order they will be able to fulfill.

If you haven't already, send an email to customer.service@paizo.com with the pictures and we'll get you a replacement card.
