There aren't many Grey Elves in Pathfinder's base campaign world to begin with. Anyway, I reccomend checking the Pathfinder SRD for the alternate elven racial traits and such. From what I know, the only confirmed Grey Elves in Pathfinder's campaign world Golarion are the Elves of the Mordant Spire. There's not much information about them, though at least one Magus archetype is attributed to them if I recall right.

In Pathfinder and elf is an elf is an elf (exception the drow and aquatic elves). There are alternate racial traits that allow you to customize your elf.

What is the difference in traits then?
The difference is how you package them. Paizo has stayed away from subracing elves beyond the basic land, aquatic, and the obligatory drow. However within each of these three races as in every other race, there is a high degree of racial trait customisation, you can create communities of elves who've taken the same trait substitutions, i.e. the Snowcaster Elves of Golarion's Frozen North, or the enigmatic Mordant Spire elves who guard a last remnant of Azlant. (or is it Thassilon?)
Check the Advanced Race Guide entries on elves and drow for more details.
