Can Harsk Use a Wand of Force Missle

Hi All,

My Harsk character just randomly drew the Wand of Force Missile from the box. Is he allowed to use it? I don't think so as I don't have Arcane as a trait.

Yes he can use it. You don't need the arcane skill to use it.

Yes, you can use it. It ADDS the Arcane trait to the combat but doesn't require any skill to use it (in fact it strictly does NOT use any base skill, AFAIK). It's like an ACME rocket ordered by Wile E Coyote that comes in a box marked "Fireworks for beginners".
