Druid can't take natural spell?

Product Discussion

I was making a character using PCgen, and since I was making a druid I wanted to take natural spell as a feat. However, when I tried to it sad that I "did not meet the prerequisites required to take this ability." I'm a little confused on how to fix this so I can get natural spell.

Is your Wisdom 13?

The Exchange

Are you using an archetype that replaces or delays wild shape? Do you have 13 wis? Is this really a rules question or a PCgen question.

Prerequisites: Wis 13, wild shape class feature.

Sczarni

(this isn't really a Rules Question, though, more like a problem for PCgen product support)

My wisdom is above 13, and my archetype is druid.

What level are you?

One, I'm making the character right now.

Sczarni

Oh, then you don't qualify for it. Not until you get Wild Shape.

Oh, that makes sense. Thank you.

Hmm, I had a post to this last night, but it hasn't posted. :(

If you select the feat (or class, or anything in red really) in PCGen, in the description box there will be a list of pre-req's, the red ones are what is preventing you from taking said item.

Also there is a "Bypass Feat Requirements" option in the house rules section of the preferences you can check that and take your feat. It is VERY advised that you turn this back on after taking the feat your GM has let you take though.
