Season 5: Secondary Success Goals

I can't find the secondary success conditions for the older scenarios, specifically 3-23 The Goblinblood Dead.

The Guide to Organized Play says I should be able to find them at paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/pfsproducts/pfsFreeProducts but I can't. Maybe I'm just missing it.

They have not been released yet. That link is a placeholder for when they are.

For now, award a second prestige if/when the players receive 1 xp.

As well, John has stated that the document to replace the earlier Faction Missions is coming along greatly and should be releasing relatively soon™*.
