I couldn't find it in the rules book. Do we give out the bonus for completing Scenarios every time (even after the first completion)? I'm pretty sure we don't give out the feats/skills for completing the Adventures again.
I am not sure it was in the rulebook, but Mike and Vic have both said a hero may only receive the reward for completing a scenario/adventure/adventure path.
I would expect this is to stay in balance for the duration of the adventure path RotRL but since it is a co-op game you could also play with whatever house rules concerning rewards you want. :)

Can I keep replaying scenarios to get lots and lots of rewards?
You can replay scenarios in the hopes of acquiring better boons through exploration, but a character can't gain the reward for a given scenario more than once.
Resolution: On page 19 of the rulebook, at the end of the first paragraph, add the following:
"No character may gain a reward from a given scenario, adventure, or Adventure Path more than once."
