I'm not a fan of the Dungeons & Dragons dragons with all their spells and magic, and stuff, so I came up with these ones instead, which I think work much better as "generic" dragons.
Only a quick and dirty writeup, but I think it should include all the relevant numbers.

Do you think these look about right, given their CRs?

CR 13 in an E6? Thats gonna hurt! lol Your bite will one shot nearly any caster unless you are doing max hp 6xd4 = 24 hp assuming +1 con = 30 hp and your bite can do 36 maxed, 18 min. And DR 15? No way. DR 10 tops. SR 23 ... Highest caster level level 3 + 5 abil Spell pen +2, greater spell pen +2 = 12, they need an 11 to break it, if they took both feats...
yet another example i feel E6 benefits melee only, and with DR 15, heavy hitting melee only. Two weapon fighters and mages go home...
would be good for pathfinder normal rules tho.

Pathfinder casters have d6 hit die not d4, but a cr 13 isnt outrageous in an e6 campaign, it just should be something you work up to with a dozen or more epic feats under your belt and lots of preparation. Sure its crazy lethal, but thats kind of the point of E6, the big scary monsters STAY crazy lethal. Its supposed to be hard. And should never be a surprise, it should be the end goal of a campaign or something, to take down the big bad dragon terrorizing the world.
And you realize its dr 15/magic right? As in a magic weapon bypasses it? 2 magic weapon spells or a simple pair of magic short swords eliminates that 'go home' effect. It just means characters need to be properly equiped to take it on.
