I was wondering if this order has been shipped yet. My initial shipped of Aug. 12 was a mistake and when I asked earlier I was told that my shipment should be in no later than sept 4. I understand that the mail service can have delays. I just really want to know if order 2666475 has left the warehouse and when it did. Any feedback will be appreciated.


If my order has not shipped yet please do not ship it and refund me the money that was charged to my card. I have since bought the items from another retailer. The reason for this is because last Wednesday I ordered the mask of death module and received my print edition Saturday. Since I received my latest order 3 days after ordering it and have yet to receive order266645 after ordering a month ago. I have decided to go out and get it from my local game store. Normally Paizo is very good about these things and have nothing against the company. It's just the current situation is unacceptable. Note this does not mean I will never again order direct from you again. I'll probably get it through my lgst.

Your order was processed for shipping on August 12th, which due to a high-influx of orders meant the order physically left our warehouse by August 23rd. Your order had an estimated transit time of 2-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail, which places its outside estimated delivery day as Wednesday September 4th.

We usually ask that you give a package an additional week beyond the outside estimate as we find that most "missing" package arrive within this time frame. If your package has not arrived by September 11th, please let us know. In the mean time you should check with your local postal delivery service to see if they are holding any package for you.

If you are wanting a refund for this order, you will need to send the order back to us. The easiest way to this is to refuse shipping; reseal the package, return it to the post office, and let them know you are refusing delivery—this should get the order bak to us at no additional cost to you. Once the package makes its way back to us, we can refund you the cost you paid for items in either Store Credit or to the payment method you used when you placed the order.

It is sept. 18 and I still have not received my order. Did the order not get unbundled from my preorder of the Beastiary 4? Or did it not get shipped? It does not matter either way I would like a refund of my money.
