The pre-printed label for order #2682493 was generated on August 13th when we charged your card and granted PDFs. Currently there is a display issue in the Order History and My Subscription pages that displays the "shipping date" as the day your label was printed.
If you look at your email confirmation from August 13th, you should see "A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #2682493 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, August 23 via Standard Postal Delivery..."
The tracking on this package is currently active, and indicates estimated delivery to be Sept 3rd, though we usually give an additional week in case their are shipping delays.
If you have filled out the proper forms with USPS, then it can take an additional 2-4 weeks for your package to be rerouted. Additionally, you may want to check with the current residents of your old address, to see if they've encountered any packages for you. If you've been unable to track down your package by October 1st, please let us know. We will also keep an eye out for your package here in case it is returned to us, and we will notify you via email if it does.
For order #2682486, it was processed for shipping on July 24th with an estimated 3-10 business days in transit, which means it should have arrived at your old address by August 15th. I've gone ahead and set up a replacement for this item in your sidecart for sending with your next subscription shipment. In the mean time, let us know if this package shows up.
