Last week I slipped in a Pathfinder RPG subscription onto my order at the last minute so I could get the Mythic Adventures pdf, and yesterday I received the email notice that my order is shipping, but alas, there is no Mythic Adventures pdf. Help?

Since the item was added to the sidecart after we had spawned your AP order, Mythic is still in your sidecart. If you'd like to ship it now, just let me know, otherwise it will wait until the September shipment.
For future note, if the subscription order has already been generated and you wish to add more items to the shipment, make sure to select the option for "ship with pending order". If you don't see that option, your order is likely already been shipped or in our shipping queue (you may be able to contact customer service to add it, but it may be too late).

Last week I asked Customer Service through the messageboards if I had enough time to change my order to included a subscription copy of Mythic Adventures instead of just the book (since I wanted the pdf and my order hadn't shipped yet) and a CS rep suspended it until I added it to my order. I did so, added it to the ship with my next order (the current one) and let customer service know that I had made the changes for my order. It was taken off of suspended and placed back onto pending, and I thought it was done. Now I'm told I didn't hit "ship with pending order" when I'm fairly certain I did.
If you look at my order you'll see I had a Mythic Adventures shipped - I was trying to change that copy to a subscription before it did (my subscription to the Pathfinder RPG "starts" with Mythic Adventures), but apparently that didn't happen.
So, now my question is do I need to buy the pdf of MA since it seems that CS didn't change my order of MA to a subscription copy before it shipped?

Sorry for the confusion! I've made the Mythic preorder that has already shipped into your subscription copy and you should now have that PDF available in your My Downloads. I've cancelled the one in your sidecart so you'll only get the one! Apologies for the confusion, you should be all set now.
