Hi,
It's been about a week since my card was charged for this and I was able to access my pdfs, but the tracking information is still coming up as unavailable. At least as of yesterday I had not received the shipment, either. Can you check on what's happening with it? Thanks much!

Your order was processed for shipping on August 12th, and is expected to ship from our warehouse by August 23rd. Mail Innovations, the company we go through to provide tracking on Standard Post, usually takes 3 business days after they receive the package at their facility to update their tracking information and it is possible that they may be behind schedule.

Cool. I wasn't sure, as this is my first subscription shipment; based on the phrasing of the order, it sounded as though it had shipped, and the way people were talking in the August Subscriptions thread implied that pdfs didn't become available until the item(s) had actually shipped. Thanks for the clarification.

PDFs become available for subscribers after we process your package for shipping; this is also the same time we charge your payment method. The mail trucks come to pick up packages during the early afternoon, so depending on the time that your package was processed it may not be leaving our warehouse the same day.
