Problems with Mythic Adventures

My friend went to GenCon and purchased Mythic Adventures for me as a birthday gift not knowing that I had the RPG subscription.

The problem comes that I now have one copy in front of me and one copy who's delivery is "Pending".

The second problem comes with the fact that there was a printing problem in the copy of Mythic Adventures in front of me. The pages go 1-24 then 17-31 then 25 on. So the defect is in the extra 15 pages.

I'd like to have a proper copy, but I don't know how I'd go through with that. Help?
