Here's a Template I've been making for a few days. It may not be perfect, so any suggestions will be accepted. However, this is my first Template I'm posting, so please don't be rude.
Name: Corrupted Humanoid Template
This lizardfolk has a strange and sinister appearance, match with a malicious temper.
Prerequisites: Creature must be either a Humanoid or a Monstrous Humanoid.
Alignment: Always CE (Chaotic Evil)
Resistance: If the creature has HD of 5 or less, it gains acid resistance 5; if its HD is greater than 5, it gains acid resistance 10 instead.
Senses: The creature gains darkvision 60 ft; if the creature already has darkvision, it is increased by 30 ft.
Racial Stats: +2 Dex, -4 Int, +2 Wis, -2 Cha
AC: Gains +1 natural armor
Racial Modifiers: +2 to Intimidate & Perception, and Intimidate and Perception are always class skills to a Corrupted Humanoid.
Special Abilities:
-Fearless: If the creature has HD of 5 or less, is gains a +4 racial bonus to saves against fear effects; if it has HD of more than 5, it is immune to fear effects.
-Spell Rager: When a Corrupted Humanoid takes damage from a spell (both divine and arcane), and if it has HD of 5 or less, it gains a +1 morale bonus to attack & damage rolls for a number of rounds equal to 1d4+the spell's level; if the creature has HD of more than 5, it gains a +2 morale bonus to attack & damage rolls for a number of rounds equal to 1d6+the spell's level.
Again, this may not be perfect, so if you have suggestions to make it better, let me know. Thank you

@Da'ath: Oh, I just remembered that; sorry bout that.
@Orhtos: This is usually caused by a dark ritual, usually created by a cleric of an evil deity (Lamatshu or Rovagug would be good candidates as the cleric's deity). Anyway, during the ritual, the creature must willingly give up its soul's freedom in order for the transformation to be complete.
