It looks like since we received a payment method declined on order #2569835, and order #2723523 is using the same payment method, our system decided to mark #2723523 as declined as well, even though it had authorized successfully. I have corrected this issue with regards to your pending orders that authorized successfully.

Ok, but now order #2723523 is ok, but is pending since tuesday, but all books are released. Why is still pending?.
