Stat Array or Point Buy for PFS

I need a little help. I made my very first character using the standard 15pt buy array of 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8. I was reading through the Pathfinder Society beginner guide and it gives the four following arrays:

16, 14, 13, 12, 10, 10
16, 14, 14, 12, 10, 8
15, 14, 14, 13, 10, 10
15, 14, 14, 12, 12, 9

Is this correct? Do Pathfinder characters get a 20pt buy?

Yes, Pathfinder Society uses a 20 point buy.
