We can usually alter an order up until you receive your shipping notification email.
The easiest way to add items to your pending subscription order is to go through checkout and select the "combine with pending order" option. Should you have trouble with this, please continue checkout setting the order to your sidecart and then notify us that you would like the item merged into your subscription order. You can let us know on the messageboards or via email: customer.service@paizo.com
