Can I add something to my next sub shipment if I got the "in about a week" email?

A few days ago I got my email saying my AP would be going out in about a week. Is it too late to add something to that or is that shipment set?

Usually it's not set in stone until you get the "ship" email that says "this order cannot be changed."

But I recommend if you do add something, email customer service so they can make sure nothing gets 'stuck' which seems to happen on occasion.

We can usually alter an order up until you receive your shipping notification email.

The easiest way to add items to your pending subscription order is to go through checkout and select the "combine with pending order" option. Should you have trouble with this, please continue checkout setting the order to your sidecart and then notify us that you would like the item merged into your subscription order.
