My group just started running the Kingmaker AP. I can see from a quick glance that there are some differences between the kingdom building rules in Kingmaker #2 and Ultimate Campaign, but I'm wondering if anyone can summarize what they are, or what their impact will be in play?
Basically I'm looking for a good reason to pick one set of rules over the other. Can anyone with a good grasp of the rules help me out?

Well, the economy system of Kingmaker is much easier to exploit then the system in Ultimate Campaign. In addition, Ultimate Campaign has a lot of additional rule options that you can use, expanded army lists and rules (though you will still want to reference Kingmaker #5 for its armies), and essentially a million ways you can make the system more complicated (though by no means required) such as Vassal states.
But you will find that the system in Ultimate Campaign is very much like Kingmaker #2
If you are interested in more expansions to the system, there are 3 more for-purchase products here at the Paizo store:
Book of the River Nations: Complete Player's Reference for Kingdom Building (PFRPG) PDF by Jon Brazer Games which includes some character feats and spells but includes the rules presented in Kingmaker #2 and it's additions to the system is based around that version instead of the Ultimate Campaign version.
Ultimate Rulership by Legendary Games which was developed by the same guy who put together the rules you have in Ultimate Campaign as an expansion pack to that system.
Ultimate Battle by Legendary Games, also developed by the same guy who put together the rules you have in Ultimate Campaign as an expansion pack to that system. It's not quite out yet HERE on paizo.com but is available on their website: http://www.makeyourgamelegendary.com/?wpsc-product=ultimate-battle
In addition I do know that a few of the Wayfinder magazines (which are free here on paizo.com) has a few mini-expansions throughout its issues though those maybe have been overwritten in the official rules or in one of the above expansions.
