Are Goblin Squad Members getting Konkrud?

If they bring their certificate, yes, that's the mini that Goblin Squad members will get for free.

Konkrud will also be free to anyone making a minimum $50 purchase at the booth.

After the convention, remaining Konkrud minis will be available to paizo.com customers for $5.

We have a limited supply coming back from GenCon, I believe. They will be available at some point.

I am so very glad I found someone who didn't want theirs and traded me for some extras I had from my S&S case. I hate trying to 'chase' a mini. Good Luck to those who didn't get one yet.
