Items purchased at a lower (or higher) price that have now been reprinted. Should chronicle sheets from a current game reflect this difference under conditions gained/lost to reflect this price difference?

Asking mainly about old staffs printed at roughly half the cost they're currently at.

I know there was a big thread about this regarding the Amulet of Mighty Fists. If you purchased one at the earlier, higher price you got a refund on your next Chronicle sheet. I've never noticed price changes on other items. Which staff are you referring to?

Most staves printed in I believe the Advanced Player's Guide were listed at half the price they should be. Look in the Additional Resources for this quote:

Quote:

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Advanced Player's Guide

...

Equipment: All staves in Chapter 7 are not legal for play from this source. If you purchased these prior to Aug. 16, 2012, they are grandfathered into the campaign.

Thanks David. I was looking through the FAQs/message board posts and should have looked in additional resources. Appreciate it.

There's too much "David" in this thread.

I think that you are fibbing. I don't believe that you had protection from Davids memorized this morning. HA, gotcha. :-)

Edit: Unless you're a sorcerer with that spell. Yeah, that's it. That must be what you were doing. My bad. :0

Nah, bonded item FTW. Screw familiars. ;)

So agree!

I have an 7th level Sorcerer (non-PFS) with a bonded ring and everyone tells me I should have gotten a familiar.

I prefer the additional spell and the ability to enchant my ring. :)
