I placed this order on Thrusday and didn't change the shipping to deliver with my next subscription shipment. When I tried to change it in My Account, I could not access it.
I tried to change it on Friday, but still could not get access and before I knew it, it had already shipped.
Would it be possible to give me credit for the freight.
PS: Today is Monday and I still can not gain access to my account.

The issue for accessing your My Account page should be resolved. Let us know if you encounter any further problems with this.
There is not a way for a customer to move a submitted order to their sidecart or vice-versa; requests of this nature must be directed towards Customer Service—either on this forum, by email, or phone. We can alter an order up until it ships, however there is little we can do after it has shipped.

I can now get into My Account. I can get to any place in there except My Downloads. Whenever I try that, it kicks me out backe to the password page. If I try to sign in there (to access the downloads), it just stays on the password page. If I try to access My Accounts again, it asks for the password and then allows me into My Account. I am still not able to fo into My Downloads.
