Can not log in to My Account or My Downloads

Pathfinder Maps, Starfinder Roleplaying Game, Starfinder Society Subscriber; Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Charter Superscriber

every time I try to access the pages "My Account" or "My Downloads" I am redirected to "returning customer, please sign in", when i sign in again here I am redirected again to this page.
I tried this with firefox and with windows explorer.

Sorry, but the problem is still the same.
I am redirected to "returning customer, please sign in" where I typed the password again, but I was again redirected to the same page...

The problem is still the same, i am redirected to the "returning customer box" and have to type the password again, and then back to the same box...

Seems like i have some bad karma here :-)
