Problems accessing downloads

Hey, for some reason, I am unable to get to my download library.
The system takes me to the login screen (as normal) and then after entering my password, pressing enter, the screen simply hangs there for a minute, then stops acting, and I am still on the log in screen.

I have tried this via two differing computers.

Is this my account or is it a system problem.

We had some difficulties earlier today with the My Downloads page but it should be working OK now.

OK, I think we've fixed what was happening.

I am now having the same problem. I can't get into anything in "My Account". I know my password is working, because I just placed an order. But when I try to get to any of my account pages, I type in my password and the password screen resets afterward, asking for my password again.

I need to change the order I just placed from ship now to ship with next subscription order.

EDIT:

Is there a way to make the shipping option default to "Ship with next subscription order"? This would be helpful since I am not in that much of a hurry for most of what I order and I somestimes forget to change the shipping option.
