I notice a non-subscriber can now purchase the items that was in my order that is still pending. Is there an error with my order? I thought being a subscriber means you will get your items the same day if not before a non-subscriber.

Your order was being held up erroneously by our system. I have poked it and it should be shipping shortly.

While we begin shipping subscription items before their general release date, it is not a guarantee that your order will make it to you before it becomes released. We try to time our shipping so that most domestic subscribers get their subscription items either before or close to the release date for the items however shipping times can vary.
