The advantage here is FGG games has 50+ odd adventures already published for a campaign setting. They have from what they have said, a few more major pieces to add and then they can start filling in the blanks. You have maps from RA, Slumbering Tsar, The Stoneheart Valley and Razor's Coast that are all pieces of a greater map. You may or may not have the Hawkmoon map and assorted other small maps. Add to that the maps from the upcoming projects and things will start to take shape. It may be a little bit of a Frankenstein's monster at the moment, But I have confidence that they will do it up right in the end.
