Pistolero / Grand Marshal

I was wondering if Grand Marshal was playable in Society. Also if I took Pistolero as my archtype would I have to take exotic firearm proficiency to qualify for "Special: Must have a grit pool of at least 1 grit point and proficiency with at least two firearms."?

Any help would be appreciated!

For questions on whether some archetype/item/spell is legal, be sure to look at the Additional Resources page.

As for your second question, I believe (and I could be wrong) that since you are proficient with one-handed firearms, that would cover your two firearms. For example, pistol and pepperbox would be two types of firearms you are proficient with already. Then again, it may just be two specific firearms and not just types, which would mean you'd more than qualify.

The Shieldmarshal prestige class is, in fact PFS-legal. But, as with all additional resources, you need to own the source it comes from (in this case, Paths of Prestige).

Your first step - the class is Shieldmarshal. Grand Marshall is from d20pfsrd trying to get around copywrite. Other than that, you're good to go.

I keep recommending it but I'll do it again because it's such a good resource. The Archives of Nethys are a great resource to find out what is PFS legal, what book it's from, and what said ability/item/class/thing does. Each PFS-legal thing will have a symbol next to it.
