Just an update - 7 days left in the Kickstarter! Thank you everyone for getting us so far in such a short time. We've already passed up the total amount I gained for Kaidan setting guides kickstarter we ran last year, and currently just a bit more than $1000 to our 2nd stretch goal - The Quick & Dirty Hand Drawn Map Tutorial Guide. We still have enough time to fund the next two stretch goals for a 3D mapping book and Josephe Vandel's book, but just barely so.
I want to have chapters written by two senior members of the Cartographers' Guild for the 3D mapping guide so that something to look forward and work as an incentive towards that next book.
Thanks, again!

Update #11 - Stretch Goal #2: The Hand-Drawn Map Tutorials Guide Book has been funded and UNLOCKED!
We have 5 days left in funding and would like to try to fund 2 more stretch goals: Using 3D Elements in Mapping Tutorials Guide, and Maps and Legends: a Guide to Fantasy Cartography by Josephe Vandel.
Thank you, you fantastic pledgers for getting us this far - I couldn't even imagine at the start of the project getting here. Let's see what else can be funded before it's all over.
If you haven't already pledged, please do so, and keep spreading the word.

Update #12 - Added Backer Levels for Print Versions of Newly Funded Guides for those that want dead tree versions of the 3 books funded thus far.
We're just past $12,000 with less than $2000 to fund the next stretch goal book: Using 3D Elements in Mapping Guide and 3 days and a few hours left until funding ends (Sunday, Sept 1st, noon EST). This book includes chapters from other cartographers who extensively use 3D in their mapping, including Anna Meyer of Greyhawk Maps (Bryce 3D user), and Waldronate (software developer who created Wilbur and Fractal Terrains.)
Thanks everyone for pledging and getting us so far in such a short time. If you haven't pledged, time is running out. Help spread the word!
Note: Kickstarter backers will receive additional map object content that will not be released to the public (not initially anyway.) So there is some exclusive content available only to backers of this Kickstarter.

Final Tally:
Pledged: $23,289; Backers: 456; Funded: 621%; Goal: $3750; Stretch Goals: $16,500.
Which means almost $20,000 over the original goal!
This has been a great experience and you guys are awesome!
Now I've got work to do.
