We Be Goblins Too! Credit Question

So I decided to take a closer look at the rules for We Be Goblins Too! and I noticed something, In the Getting Credit section it does not talk about adding the credit to a brand new level 1 PC or Holding credit until the PC reaches the level of the Pregen.

Can you do either of those for We Be Goblins Too!? And If so for holding credit do you hold it until the PC reaches level 3?

The chronicle sheet is marked [2-4]. You can immediately apply it to any 2nd, 3rd or 4th level character.

That is not what I was asking..

Normally you can also apply credit when you are playing a pregen to a Brand new First level Pregen or add the credit to a lower level PC not in the tier to hold and add once they reach the level of the Pregen.

Does We Be Goblins Too! still follow those rules or is this an annoying anomaly?

Thanks Mike! Was a Bit confused because it did not point to the Guide for Applying credit, was hoping that was just me reading too much into it.

Was worried I would have to tell a bunch of players they need to give me a different PC to apply the credit to. ;)

Hey question also about credit i ran 2 games on Free Rpg day and gave one of my characters credit then another my characters the other credit. no flags were going off but some of the other peeps keep telling me that i can not do that is this true.

You may only apply credit once for GMing this module, because its allowed levels do not include level 1.

You can either find them in the product description, or simply go to the additional resources page and check out the right sidebar.

Will these rules have changed between the date this was posted (June 2013), and by the end of July 2014?

Specifically, could this boon be added to a new level 1 PC, brought to PaizoCon UK 2014?
