Problems Registering PFS Character

Hello! I am a new Pathfinder player and having trouble registering a character. My first character registered correctly, but my second character (the one that is actively in an adventure) will not register as a Society character.

Is there a solution to this? I wen't through the society register page, but it says the name has been taken. If there isn't a way to fix this, do I need to have this character registered to get credit?

If the name has been taken, it means that it's already been used for another username/alias/PFS character; they all draw names from the same pool.

Try adding a surname, or similar, so you avoid duplicating another name.
