Hello, Fine customer Service persons.

I have an order that has not shown up(ORDER # 2602104), at my door, I realize it is a USPSMI and that is why The Tracking Number doesn't resolve. Please advise, me as to any actions I need to take.

We are currently on the 6th business day of its 4-8 business day estimate. Occasionally UPSMI does miss getting packages scanned into the system, however, the package is still en route to you. Generally if a package doesn't reach its destination by the estimate, we give it an additional week to work its way through any delays it may have encountered. We've found that missing packages usually show up with an extra week. If your package does not show up, let us know and we can look into it further at that time.
