What you are seeing on your bank account are authorizations. We authorize your payment method before we submit your order, but do not charge your card until your product ships (or is downloadable in the case of PDFs).
In this case, your transaction was approved by your bank but denied by our system because your billing address does not match exactly what your bank has on file. I have placed an authorization reversal request in, and usually your funds will be released within 5 business days, however your bank controls when these fund become available.

The easiest way to make sure you have your billing address correct is to go to your bank's website and view your billing address, then make sure you enter the information into our website exactly how it is displayed on your bank's website.
