House Rule Suggestion: Wearable containers discount

Items placed into wearable containers (i.e. backpacks, belt pouches, bandoleers, etc) only have their weight count 50% towards your encumbrance total.

By RAW there exists the Masterwork Backpack, which lets your Strength count as 1 higher for Encumbrance purposes.

Besides that, I'd say that bags and containers are simply required to carry more objects than would fit in your hands. Not a bonus, a requirement.
