Can't track down Order #2496222

I know it hasn't been the allotted time but it seems odd to me that tracking for this shipment doesn't work at all. So any idea what's up?

Occasionally packages miss getting scanned, we've found that the standard postal service does a pretty good job of scanning in the tracking information, however, their rates of missing scans are a bit higher than UPS ground. Missing that tracking scan does not interfere with delivery and you should still expect your package within the 4-8 business day estimate. If it does not arrive within the 8 business days, we do recommend giving it an additional week as "missing" packages are usually just delayed and show up if given that extra time. For your order, your 4-8 business day estimated delivery window is from (yesterday) Tuesday, May 28th to June 3rd.

Well, it's June 4th now and the package still hasn't shown up. Do you have any news on it?

We ask that you give the package another week to arrive as shipping delays can occur. You should also check with your local postal delivery service to see if they are holding any packages for you. If they do not have your package, let them know that you are expecting a package to arrive shortly.
