Conquest of the Universe is a space opera campaign setting compatible with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. Our Kickstarter is live. You can view the project page HERE.
Pay particular attention to the Dawn Patrol special. A limited number of early backers can claim the PDF for only $10. That's our way of saying thanks for supporting this project. Our reward levels range from $1 to get your name on the credits page, to valuable PDF and print copy bundles, to special reward levels that come with a very special thanks, and even the opportunity to star in CotU artwork.

It looks like I may have a space in that second link. Once again:

Response has been very positive so far. The Dawn Patrol spots are going fast; at the current rate, they'll be gone by tomorrow.

Okay, so we are more than halfway there after a day and a half. Wow! About half the Dawn Patrol spots are still available. The higher level reward tiers have gotten an upgrade. There is now a special Kickstarter-only hardbound edition available, and the chance to play Assistant Art Director for a day.

BOOM!!
We have met our fundraising goal. As I mentioned on our project page, we have set a stretch goal of $2500. If we meet that goal, our artists get a raise, and you can expect to see more color art throughout the book. Beyond that, we'll be looking at other enhancements to the book. To the Pathfinder fan community, I just want to say... thank you! I'm proud to be a part of it.

The Kickstarter continues to do well. All the Dawn Patrol specials are gone, but there are still plenty of opportunities to grab limited rewards at the higher tiers. If you haven't already, check out the preview packet on RPGNow/DriveThru.
I'm continuing to work on the playtest documents. Estimated page count is 240-280 pages.

We are currently at $2300, just shy of our stretch goal of $2500. At that level, I have promised my artists a raise. It's my way of saying thanks and ensuring that they benefit from the success of the book. At that funding mark, there will be color portraits of the sample characters. Please, check out our project page and considering pledging, even for a dollar or two.
Feel free to ask me anything, here or on the project page.

We have a little announcement:
Dreamscarred Press, publisher of Psionics Unleashed, has some cool things coming down the pipe. We've teamed up to offer a special bonus for CotU backers; if the Kickstarter hits $3000, everyone whose reward includes a PDF of CotU will also get a PDF copy of Psionics Unleashed.
| RJGrady |
We have cleared one stretch goal (a splash of color!) and are rounding the corner toward the Psionics Unleashed bonus. We've also added some more reward goodies; get your favorite RPG character inserted into a full page illustration or even become Emperor of the Galaxy (limit of 1).

Oh, heck yeah. The book itself is going to have a streamlined menu-driven system for designing Minor Alien Species to play, but you could totally have an Advanced Rage Guide lollapalooza if you want.
Another fun thing to do is imagine concepts for characters of non-core classes for the setting. Off the top of my head, the Cavalier and SGG's War Master are totally workable. I like the idea of a zukaz Cavalier riding some kind of alien beastie, with a plasma carbine strapped to his back and an energized falchion. The War Master... almost seems better as a space opera character than in his native fantasy setting.

A few notes about the Character Creation chapter, particularly expansions to the class options. Psion, Psychic Warrior, Voyageur, Daredevil, Investigator, Luminary, Sensitive, Soldier, Tough, supported by dozens of specialty archetype options and options for core classes.
