Got a race that fits those stats? Might do catfolk for the cha and be a bard maybe? I dunno. I considered a were shark. Do we get just a +1 template? Were shark is super under used and not very fit for this setting if that helps.

Charecters have a 3000 gp funds to spend on one ancestral or lifetime's work magic item.
Other then that, you have 15 gp, clothes, and a house to your name. Perhaps not even a house, for those unlucky charecters.
