Hello Customer Service Team Supreme,

I had a few "big" bills to pay out this week - and my concern is that my pending order will "happen" before my new paycheck (direct deposited 5/24/13) is in my account.

If this should occur, may I just state that you may retry my account on Friday and all should be fine?

Or (perhaps) better yet, can you possibly hold off charging/shipping until this Friday when my money is direct deposited?

Sara Marie and the Paizo Customer Service team,

First of all, thank you for allowing the delay in shipping/charging of my order until I was able to shift things around. I have received my order today and was very excited to see my Paizo package and the goodies I knew it contained. However, the Arcane Dungeons Flip-Mat has a very noticeable (and unfortunate) DENT or "depression" on it. It also doesn't really unfold nicely for laying out (and it doesn't seem to fold up as nicely either.

I'm hoping to be able to return it to you folks and once you receive it (and can see what I'm referring to about the dent) I'd like a replacement copy please.

Let me know how I should proceed, and I'll mail it back to you as soon as possible.

Ah.

Thanks chavamama (and Sara Marie) ... I had actually seen Justin Riddler's post (regarding Vic's post) and have more or less done the "laying heavy books on top" thing ... eh ... it helped a little ... and I suppose a "lather, rinse, repeat" type of method will produce the "above" results.

Still, over all, it's a shame.
