How long is too long?

I ordered something back on Jan. 22, and I still haven't gotten it. It just says 'pending'. I assume its out-of-stock, and I've been pretty patient (the item still indicates "usually ships within 2-6 business days").

Now, I understand these things happen, and I haven't had any trouble on other items I've ordered in the past. In fact, with the exception of some wrinkly pages in one of the books, I've been pretty satisfied thus far.

So my question is, at what point should I just cancel my order and seek other avenues? Its an older item - I am trying to replace a lot of books I lost in a house fire - predating Paizo itself, and I think that might be part of the problem here.

Any advice/assistance you can give me is much appreciated.

If an order takes longer than the estimate we've given its not a bad idea to check in after the last business day of the estimate has passed. In this case, the stock was listed wrong in our system which prevented it from shipping. The issue has been corrected and we will get your order out as soon as possible.
