Dear Customer Service-
Currently I have purchased 2 PaizoCon tickets as well as 2 Banquet tickets. My wife unfortunately cannot join me on this trip and so I am wondering if I could refund ONE of the PaizoCon tickets for store credit while also retaining both of the Banquet tickets as I have a friend who might need it. I await your reply and hope your weekend is full of wonders and awesomeness. Thanks again.

I've refunded you for one ticket, $50.00 in store credit is now on your paizo.com account. Your account is currently flagged for using store credit on subscriptions. You can change this on your My Subscriptions page.
You still have 2 banquet tickets on your account and can transfer one of them to your friend as needed.

Dear Customer Service-
After the arrangement listed above I should still have one PaizoCon ticket in my account. Currently I only have 2 Banquet tickets in my account and NO PaizoCon ticket. I plan to give my Banquet ticket to someone but before I do that I would like to have this matter cleared up and my PaizoCon ticket returned to my account. I await your reply regarding what can be done in this matter and I thank you for your time.
