Is there a book in Pathfinder that talks in some detail about the laws of various regions? I have two players who took the "Marked" flaw out of Tome of Secrets, and I've decided its time to use it. They're getting ready to enter a major city, and I figured that someone there would recognize them, and I wanted to have some basis on how to handle dealing with the character.
