I just kind of skimmed it so please forgive me if I missed something. Just wrote down my thoughts as I read.
The intro doesn't much sense (welcome to a world of red and white).
The race/class section leave a lot to be desired. It just kind of reads like the Core Rulebook. I didn't notice much in the way of new stuff.
Deities/timeline was kind interesting but then you just reprinted the core deities table for some reason.
The encounter seems pretty generic. Not much to say about it. Doesn't seem bad or anything.
The bright green in the bestiary section is rather disruptive. Maybe just use bold & underline?
It seems like a perfectly reasonable home setting. What there something you were trying to go for? Right now it's kind of bland but it doesn't seem bad or anything.
Also, if you reprint/reference that much material you need the OGL.
