Unfortunately my March package didn't arrive yet.
Shipment date = March 12th.
ETA should have been latest on the start of May.

The April package already reached me several days ago.

I am a subscriber of yours since 2004 and during all this time I only very rarely had to rely on your help.
Since the start of this year already two packages didn't reach me.
Besides I observe that the latest customer complaints about missing packages are remarkably often from german speaking customers of yours (Jadeite, stebehil, me).
Are there lately any general shipping problems to Germany/ Austria?
