When I placed this order only one item was on backorder so it was placed in a separate order, #2542346. Immediately after placing the order, one additional item as moved to backorder. Hoping that it was just the fact that I'd maybe ordered the last one and it would still be shipped out soon, I didn't pay much attention. But it's now almost two weeks later, and my order still hasn't shipped, so I'm assuming this item is truly on backorder. Can I either have it moved to order #2542346 with my other backorder item (if you're expecting both of them to arrive at the same time), or have it moved to a new order? I understand either of these options will affect my shipping costs, and am OK with that.

One of the items is temporarily out of stock with our distributor. I've moved that item to your sidecart. As soon as it comes in we will send it with the next subscription shipment. If you'd like me to put it in its own order to ship out as soon as possible when it becomes available, just let me know. I can't combine it with the back ordered item because we don't know if/when either item will be ready to ship.

The other three items will go out today.
