Pathfinder tales Chronicles Changing

On Know Direction Podcast 61 Live Mark Moreland, John Compton, and Mike Brock made some huge announcements today. One of the big ones is that Pathfinder Tales Chronicle format is changing. I am opening this thread to discuss these changes.

The jist of the change is that chronicles will be tied into scenarios with boons being available for books but multiple boons can be combined to get permanent boons. Please discuss here.

Please forgive me if I got the details wrong and correct me on this thread if I missed anything.
