I haven’t received order 2440068, which was scheduled to be shipped in February and I already have order 2482903, which was shipped in March!

Could you please investigate / verify what happened with my February shipment (Order 2440068)

If you haven't seen it by now then it is very likely missing. I've set up a replacement to ship with your pending April subscription.
