Hello there, everyone! Let's get this started on the right foot, shall we? First and foremost, the name's Brad. I was originally intending to flood you all with upwards of ten products as a first wave, but I got my legal wrong (and had been doing so for quite some time). As such, some of you saw four items, a test batch to see if I got the legal correct after a revamp, trickle through. Well, eight more will be hitting the shelves as soon as they are given the green light and I encourage you to take a looksie later on. Just pretend they all hit the shelves at the same time and we'll never discuss that one again.
The vast majority of the products will be lightweight class expansions that add mysteries to oracles, bloodlines to sorcerers, talents to rogues, and other such modular goodies. Two of them are alternate weapon special abilities, one of which is actually all about +0 weapon modifiers, little abilities that take just as much as they give, but add flavor to the early game. Finally, one product highlights the Puddling race, a bunch of hat-obsessed intelligent subterranean oozes that are sure to turn your adventures into drow central into something more akin to Adventure Time than anything our dear tabletop forefathers ever intended.
Given the Italian blood in my veins, I understand the power of... favors. As such, I was intending to have a promotion of some sort as soon as I started so that we can all get to know one another, but the functionality for the Paizo store is lacking in those controls. If I'm missing something, please let me know and I'll mindglomp you wherever you sit. Regardless, I have decided to do as follows. If each unit in the initial wave of twelve products has two separate reviews, one from the point of view of a player and one from the point of view of the Dungeon Master, I'll cook up a free Class Expansions supplement based on the base class of the community's choice and make it available for at least as long as the American government was intending to honor its native american reservation program back when Jackson was the top dog. I'll be doing a final sweep of the opening twelve on the 1st of May to see if I need to make a free stuff poll.
Regardless, I'm glad to be here in a place where I can type myself hoarse amongst so many fellow geeks. If you want something in particular, feel free to shoot me a private message. The hardest part is deciding on a topic, and your nominations of things to do next are just as good, if not better, than my own!
